Squamish Oceanfront Revitalization

Through a community visioning process, Squamish developed a plan for the Oceanfront peninsula that will redevelop the former industrial area that the District acquired in 2004 and was transacted through the Squamish Oceanfront Development Corporation (SODC). When fully developed, these lands will showcase the best of Squamish, capitalizing on the oceanfront to create a work-live-learn-play lifestyle that is authentically Squamish.
